Why Prayer
The Mission Moves on Its Knees
The MarketPlace Movement is a praying community. We believe that every advance of the Gospel in the marketplace and every transformation in a life begins in prayer. Prayer is not the preparation for the mission -- prayer is how the mission moves. The early church did not organize their way forward; they prayed their way forward, and the Lord added to their number daily.
At MPM, we carry one another before God. When you submit a prayer request, it does not go into a system -- it goes before the Lord with people who know how to intercede. Whether you are facing a crisis, believing for a breakthrough, or standing in a season where you need the Body of Christ to stand with you, we want to hear from you.
We take the command to bear one another's burdens seriously. Bring your request. Let us carry it with you.
